The biggest reason this hotel deserves such a high rating is undoubtedly its wonderful staff. Everyone, from the reception team to the breakfast service, was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It was the attention to small details that truly won us over. We were travelling with our little boy, and we were especially touched by the thoughtful gift he received — a colouring book that he happily carried around with him throughout our entire holiday. Small gestures like this really make a difference and show how much the hotel cares about its guests. Breakfast was good, with enough variety for everyone to find something they liked. Although we only stayed for one night, we had a very pleasant experience. What we will remember most is the kindness and warmth of the staff. In the end, it is the people who truly make the difference — and here, you can genuinely feel that they care about their guests.

The apartment is exactly the same with the description. The host is very friendly and quick response. The apartment is located in a lovely area, very near to the train and bus station. There is a tasteful Italian restaurant nearby that we went twice during our stay.

Wonderful stay! I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. Vanessa is a fantastic host — kind, attentive, and very communicative. The check-in instructions were clear, and communication throughout was quick and easy. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and perfectly located — close to the main train station, yet peaceful and quiet. What I appreciated most was Vanessa’s openness to feedback and her genuine care for guests. It truly felt like she wanted to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Absolutely everything was great

Location is very pratical with a train and metro station right next to the hotel. They provide easy access to downtown Munich. Hotel rooms have a fridge and hot plates which means that one does not have to go to the restaurant every day. There is even a grocery store right below the hotel.

Everything was excellent! The sofa bed was very comfortable, and the utilities were convenient and easy to use. There was even a simple manual explaining how to operate the washing machine, which was really helpful. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to find something that suits your taste. I stayed on the 15th floor, which I initially thought wasn’t very high compared to floors 16 to 24. However, the swimming pool and gym are both located on the 15th floor—although it was a bit unusual having to pass through the pool area to reach the gym. Still, it was convenient not having to go up and down between floors. My room was at the end of the corridor and featured an L-shaped window, which I absolutely loved! The natural sunlight streaming into the room during the day made it feel bright and welcoming. I had a truly pleasant stay, and this experience introduced me to the Adina brand. I’ll definitely consider staying at another Adina property when visiting other cities.

The decor and the styling of the main floor, but also of the rooms, were amazing! The staff was super friendly and ready to provide the support we needed at any time.

We are completely satisfied with the accommodation and the service at your hotel. A very clean and quiet place that we would recommend to everyone. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, and we would especially like to highlight Hassan, the receptionist, who was hardworking, always smiling, and constantly at our service throughout our stay. :)

Room was spacious and very warm. The stuff was very friendly. Parking underground was good but the entrance is very narrow,especially if you have a big car.

The place was really great — clean, well‑maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt welcoming from the moment we arrived, and all the essentials were thoughtfully provided. The community hub and reception area were excellent, and the receptionist was very welcoming. They even offered welcome drinks, and the bar stays open until 11 pm, which was a really nice touch.

Very good location. When arriving by train from the airport to the station, it is a 3-minute walk to the hotel. It is convenient to reach the city's attractions by metro or just on foot. Our room was very spacious, with a balcony. If necessary, there are all the amenities in the mini-kitchen to make coffee or prepare food. Friendly staff. We had an early arrival and a late departure, so it was very convenient to leave our luggage. We would gladly choose the same place next time.

The staff were really nice and helpful. There was a train station 5-7 minute walk away but we also used lime scooters a lot to get places. The facilities were all as listed.

Location was good, however U Bahn was having repairs, so a little difficult to travel. Only because U Bahn not operating. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw and stayed in the room. Furnishings were lovely. Bed very comfortable. Very good gym for my needs. Staff friendly and helpful. Very happy

The hotel really exceeded my expectations. It is ideal for a family stay, there are all amenities in the room you might need when staying with a child. The comfort was all over the place. The room was so spacious. We loved our stay. If we visit Munich again with kids, I will not search for any other hotel. Thank you!
