The staff was very friendly and helpful. Laura gave us all transportation details we needed and also gave us a great tip regarding our commute to Memmingen airport. The room was clean, warm, we had all necessities.

Wonderful stay! I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. Vanessa is a fantastic host — kind, attentive, and very communicative. The check-in instructions were clear, and communication throughout was quick and easy. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and perfectly located — close to the main train station, yet peaceful and quiet. What I appreciated most was Vanessa’s openness to feedback and her genuine care for guests. It truly felt like she wanted to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Great location, stylish interior, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The room had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options.

the location is close to the train station. It's only a few stops to Marianplatz. The pool & sauna were a bonus. Bring a robe or rent one for 5euros. The Fitzroy bar was fun but the drinks were expensive. The beer was a fair price but G&T was 16euros.

At the entrance there is a self-service machine with different languages. Everything is very clear and accessible. Excellent room with a balcony with appliances: microwave, electric kettle, hair dryer. Clean and cozy. Parking near the hotel. There were places. Very tasty breakfasts, if not included, then it is worth taking)))

This is a great place. I was there on a three-week business trip and felt right at home. The room was cozy and great to work in, and the kitchenette was fully equipped. The staff was lovely and helpful, and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. Highly recommended!

Reception staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful at check-in, as well as throughout our stay. The apartment was really great for a family, with upstairs and downstairs areas and two tvs. It also has a Vaha system on the mirror which had workouts and can play music. Shower was really good, hairdryer supplied. Right next door to a supermarket and a restaurant. The apartment had a small kitchen as well. Very close to Olympiapark for the Euros. Close to transport. 20 minutes on the train or tram to Marienplatz. The whole stay was great. Thank you.

The hotel was great: the room was clean, comfortable and quiet, very spacious and just like the pictures. The staffing is all digital, but this actually worked nicely, since they contacted me by WhatsApp to tell me that my room was cleaned and available earlier than expected, which was quite cool.

Stayed at Hapato for a while and I must say I was satisfied with the welcoming staff, the service, housekeeping, and its excellent location. Everything is new, clean and comfortable, well equiped studio with tasteful design. The area is really nice, with many options for dinner and breakfast as well. Dragana from the reservation provided excellent service with professional courtesy beyond expectation.. Next time I am in Munich, I will only stay here ❤️
