Staff so friendly, nice and clean , gym was good, laundry was perfect . Breakfast was substantial. Rooms were great settee was very comfortable and bed was perfect. No noise from highway behind . Pool was great and the gardens were lovely We stayed for 13 nights perfect

My partner and I stayed here to attend an event. He and I were immediately struck by how professional and consistent the service was here. I have a lot of experience staying in Toronto hotels and this is certainly one of the best experiences I've had from that perspective. We were in a beautiful room that felt more like a junior suite. Immaculately clean, very comfortable and well-appointed. As we were staying mid week I think we must have gotten a slightly discounted rate, as it felt like an absolute steal for the price. Very happy and would like to return sometime :)
