I loved this modern hotel beside the water in the very lovely town of Sidney. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a large bathroom, and lots of wardrobe and suitcase storage space. I could see the sea from the big glass doors which opened out onto a courtyard. The bed was large and very comfortable with good lighting options for reading. There was a coffee maker and options for tea making in the large Sidney Pier mugs (which you can also purchase), and a fridge - which is very handy, as there is a well stocked supermarket on the other side of the roundabout. The room was very quiet and had good air conditioning. There is a restaurant in the same complex and a cafe which is open during the mornings for coffee and sandwiches/pastries. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful and really went the extra mile to assist with bookings and queries. I’m very pleased I chose to stay in Sidney, it is a beautiful small town, with good walking options, good public transport, and on the bay. The bus ride to Victoria was about an hour, but that town was super busy with cruise ships in port, it was nice to return to the haven of the Sidney Pier Hotel at the end of the day. The main Victoria airport is only about 5 minutes by car. And the ferries at Schwarz Bay are only about 10-15 minutes drive, and the buses go directly there.

The best staff, fantastic breakfast and gold star amenities. Everything was well cared for and we felt very welcomed. Sidney Waterfront was definitely the highlight of our stay in Canada!

Everything. Room was incredible, jet bath with a view was just a treat. View from balcony incredible. Bed was super comfortable. Sooo clean. Manager (Valerie) was lovely and showed us round our room and Nothing too much trouble. Pub food was fantastic at reasonable prices

Offering a spa centre Villa Eyrie Resort is situated on top of the Malahat Summit and is overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Finlayson Arm inlet. Room offer private balconies with scenic views.

Beautiful, quiet and private location Lovely, big and very comfortable rooms Friendly and helpful staff at the reception who very promptly and professionally solved an issue we had with the reservation, thank you! High quality and tasty dinner at the restaurant. Breakfast was also good, but we would have preferred a buffet option as it took quite some time and was quite expensive to order breakfast separately.

Offering an on-site restaurant, Moon Water Lodge is located along Malahat highway, only 7 minutes’ from Goldstream Provincial Park. A refrigerator and coffee maker are provided. Free WiFi is included....

The view was amazing over the bay, watching the sea planes land and the lights at night. It was in a great position to walk into town with plenty of restaurants in walking distance
