First of all, the view from our room was amazing. It overlooks the lake. Furthermore, the owners were so nice and welcoming. They preapared an amazing breakfast for us, after which we talked to the owner for more than 30 minutes and he was so nice and offered good advice for our trip.

We stayed in a Bolero room, exceptional for its size, balcony, second room with a desk facinf the marina and views from both of the windows The hotel is very well designed, nice materials and marine themed interior. The staff were very friendly, helpful and overall super nice. The hotel has a huge bar and outside area.

The hotel is really charming and with some modern details. The breakfast was nice, well assorted, with a beautiful view. Highlights: - the attention of the owner, he is really attentive and charismatic, he makes you feel at home. - cleanliness! Everything impeccable. (Tip: Don’t miss out on the little patio on the 3rd floor).

We arrived by train. We took a taxi and it cost 45 SWF to get there. Once we figured out the buses, we took the buses for the rest of our stay and back to the train station with our luggage. It was so easy and we should have done it upon arrival. The apartment was beautiful. It was hot there so we were glad there was an air conditioning unit. The apartment is on a hill so you have a gorgeous view of the lake from the balcony. The owners were very nice and accommodating. We arrived early for our reservation and they gave us a place to change into our swimsuits so we could get out on the lake. They have two free paddle boards and kayaks to use. We enjoyed our stay. Within 10 minutes walk there is a nice free, public “beach”(no sand) . It’s more of a grassy area with lounge chairs, a restaurant /bar and an area to swim. It’s a rocky when getting in the water so bring water shoes. We spent a day there and it was so relaxing.

Excellent views from the hotel over lake Marggiore, Food was excellent, Great location to visit the lakes locations and to walk and explore the mountains and Switzerland.

Tutto.. posto bellissimo con vista lago! Colazione magari non abbondante ma comunque buona,idem per la cena fatta! Il servizio e tutto lo staff è stato gentile,cordiale e pronto ad aiutare in tutte le situazioni! E purtroppo me ne sono capitate!😅 Consiglio vivamente questo posto.. e li ringrazio per la disposizione dimostratami!
