We had a wonderful experience. The service was outstanding, and the staff was friendly and consistently prompt in responding to our messages and assisting us with any inquiries. The room was cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities, along with a stunning view. The breakfast provided a wide selection, and they even prepared scrambled eggs upon request. The location was convenient, with a nearby bus and train stop that made it effortless to travel to Interlaken and the surrounding region.

Hyggeligt sted til overnatning, dejligt at bo lidt udenfor byen, men stadig have nem adgang med gratis bus. Hyggelig lille morgenmadsbuffet, i godt vejr kan man sidde ude med flot udsigt.

We booked this hotel but unfortunately our room had issues and they were not able to release the room to us on our checkin day. The hotel manager Patrick was very kind enough to have made advanced booking for us at the hotel right in front, The Lindner Interlaken, in an upgraded room at no extra charge. Patrick and team were very gracious and made it very easy for us and took care that a proper room was available to us in the next hotel. Thank you very much.

Our stay couldn’t have been better. Staff are super friendly. The room and interior are very modern. Free coffee and water amenities available close to the lobby/waiting area. We had room 409 with a cute little balcony. The room was just perfect very comfortable and spacious for a couple. We found the area of Interlaken quite limited from restaurant variety so the breakfast option was a very good option. They offer a good variety for a help yourself service. I celebrated my birthday during my stay, and the lovely lady who assisted us at breakfast provided us with complimentary champagne. Great location and very close to train station Interlaken ost.

I didn’t realise when booking the room that it was at Hotel Interlaken — a gorgeous hotel in the centre of town. The bed was comfortable and the view was beautiful. The buffet breakfast was delicious. I was apprehensive about booking a room with a shared bathroom but there were a couple of different bathrooms to choose from and they were all clean, and the showers are private.
