The hotel looks amazing. Everything is well organized, all details are carefully picked and placed to make guest happy. The rooms are big and spotless clean. The staff is amazing, they fulfill immediately any request you might have. The hotel is a real jam and it deservese easily 5 stars. The breakfast is really memorable, with a lot of tasty snacks and options.

This 4-star hotel overlooks the Stausee Losheim lake in Losheim am See.

Beautiful family run hotel. We were greeted with a welcome glass of fizz and informed of all the facilities. We had a two bedroom suite with a huge terrace. The rooms are very stylish and comfortable. Each guest is given a spa bag with robe and towels included to use during their stay. The spa has everything you need for a relaxing health break, a good selection of treatments are also available to book. Refreshments such as teas and juices are available in the spa free of charge, the spa area is very serene. Included in our package was a four course evening meal, which you could upgrade to five course, the food was really delicious. The hotel also offers an extensive wine menu to suit all budgets. The following morning at breakfast we were welcomed to our table and served a homemade ginger and apple shot. The selection of breakfast food available was extensive and again was delicious. Could not fault this hotel of the service lots of attention o detail. What a find and we will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Location and ambience. Perfect location with views into the main square. Full service restaurant and buffet breakfast. Host went over and above to help us and speaks at least 3 languages. He drove our luggage down to the barge where we were starting a bike and barge trip. He would not take any payment for doing so. We would stay here again in a heart beat. ❤️
