Location was beautiful. Rooms, pool, spa, restaurant were all excellent. Staff was extremely friendly. I had the best massage from Pilar. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful! Rooms were very clean and well maintained during our stay. There was a fragrant fig scent throughout the property that enhanced the experience and was just beautiful. Overall a terrific experience and I recommend wholeheartedly.

This is a great place to stop during the Camino de Santiago. It is a good value for a room and bathroom to yourself in comparison with the average prices of other private rooms/hotels. The room was clean and spacious. There is also a bar downstairs with a nice pilgrim dinner (it's big enough to share).

Hotel Villadesella is a characteristic Asturian country house, dating from 1819, set 0.9 mi from the town of Ribadesella. It has a restaurant, and an outdoor swimming pool set in large gardens.

The hotel was delightful. We had a superior room with views over Ribadesella and to the mountains (despite the rain!!). Breakfast was lovely....fresh and well presented. We wanted to eat before hotel restaurant's opening time of 8.30 in the evening so went next door for bbq ribs and salad....very good!!
