This was a very functional but quite basic hotel situated on the outskirts of Chartres. The room was a decent size and the bed was very comfortable. Quiet location and only a short drive into Chartres but no restaurants within walking distance.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Decor looked fresh and stylish. The linen was crisp and beautiful. Liked the view of the square from our window. Appreciated being able to make a cup of tea. Liked being able to open the window rather than having the air con on. The location for the cathedral was perfect, and for walking to the market. Arthur and Frederico were very helpful in parking and returning our car to outside the hotel. The reception staff were very pleasant.

Staff were amazing. Charlotte responded positively to our feedback and requests and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. We stayed in a lovely Junior Suite with views over to the Station - enjoyed exploring the new areas. Thank you to all the staff they made our visit very memorable. We plan to return again 10/10 all round.

Lovely, well decorated room with comfortable bed. Pleasant shower/ensuite facilities. Complimentary tea/coffee making facilities with nice touch of pieces of chocolate added. Excellent continental breakfast. Very pleasant and helpful host, Dominique. Excellent car parking facility in private gated courtyard. Very well positioned for easy walking access into the town centre nearby.

We had a lovely room with view of cathedral. Very good location. breakfast was simple but sufficient just not as good as an Ibis Styles.
