The Ely House is beautiful. The lady who runs it Claudia was brilliant. Very friendly and helpful. From the minute we arrived Claudia helped us to find somewhere to eat, booked our taxis for us. She even introduced us to another guest and his wife who were going to the same venue KKs Steel mill who we shared a taxi back. Thank you Claudia. You and your team do an amazing job. We will definitely be back. I will be recommending your hotel. The breakfast was really nice Also the taxi service were really good. Had a brilliant stay! If I could give you 10 stars I would. I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was truly exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. They kindly accommodated my request for an early check-in and late checkout, which was a huge help. The apartment was spotless, well-organized, and incredibly spacious—exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better! Everything I needed was within easy reach, which added to the overall convenience of my stay. A special shoutout to Sofia and one of the receptionists (a gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch). Both were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful.
