Padma Resort Ubud is, simply put, the best resort I have ever been to. The hotel grounds are huge and located in a lush jungle river valley. Common areas include (among others) an amazing pool with a sunken pool bar, a bamboo nest used for yoga classes and private dinners, a well-equipped gym, two very nice restaurants, a cocktail lounge bar, an incredibly atmospheric spa, a very nicely arranged garden with an animal farm, archery and golfing facitilies and a trully unique track going around the hotel and into the jungle itself. All of these places have been designed very carefully to provide both aesthetic appeal and functionality. Views are breathtaking wherever you go. The array of activities provided is simply impressive. The hotel has something for everyone. The rooms are very elegant, spacious and comfy. The cleanliness was impeccable. The food everywhere in the hotel was really good. The cocktails were masterfully crafted and the wine list was good as well. All these however, were relatively insignificant compared to the true highlight, which was the amazing staff. All of the people we met there were beyond kind, extremely helpful, always with a smile, they went the extra mile to provide us with the best experience possible and their demeanour was what made our day, every day. We would like to thank them all for these days. We were genuinely sad to leave and we hope to return some day, even though we live half the world away. To sum up, if you are looking for the perfect place to relax in the beautiful island of Bali, and you have a little extra holiday money to spare, look no further. Padma Ubud will probably be the best place you have ever been.

The restaurant in the resort prepare us the breakfast and dinner is the best for our whole trip to Bali. The view from the restaurant is also very nice.

The best hotel ever. This villa has one and only exotic atmosphere with fresh air, beautiful view, and friendly staffs. On top of that, what I’m impressed is the temperature of the private pool was so comfortable because the temperature was well adjusted to bit cold weather. One of the best holidays I ve ever had! The staff was absolutely exceptional! One of the nicest and friendliest people ever! I originally booked a regular room but we have received a free upgrade and got Royal Suit with the most beautiful jungle view! The resort is nothing I ve ever seen before! Loved this place so much!

Fantastic villa, in the middle of the paddy fields. If you're looking to get away from it all, this is one good option! The villa is made from bamboo and really nice to be in touch with nature. Lots of nature sounds, and only the occasional sound of a scooter with a loud exhaust in the distance. Real paddy fields by the entrance and surrounding the property. The staff were great, always attentive. It is super peaceful, to watch the birds and locals in the fields. Do bear in mind that working in the fields is backbreaking work so locals there may not be too keen to wave to you. You can watch the sunrise from the pool area, we got up around 6-7am and it was a great start to the day - it is something you can enjoy here from the location which many other hotels simply cant match... due to being in the middle of a paddy field. You can get 4G+ LTE reception at the villa no problem. This is not a negative point, but if your hot water runs out, know that each villa's hot water is powered by a small gas tank underneath each villa so if you only have cold water, you need to let them know - and there is no phone so you'll need to do this by going to the reception whether its raining or dark. It is just something to be aware of, part of the nature of being on holiday and taking things easy! They are friendly and come really quick! Borrow an umbrella in case you don't have one as it can rain in Bali. The restaurant serves up really basic food which can also be delivered to the room, but you will be better off going elsewhere to be honest. You may struggle to find a Gojek or Bluebird taxi that comes up here, especially if coming from Ubud, the airport or Denpasar, but we did - just persist, and try again!

We had an amazing time. The resort was absolutely beautiful, and the views were incredible. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Evertyhing was perfect! The hotel is on great location , you can walk to the centre of Ubud. Spa is great and the rooms as well. The breakfast is delicious. I recommend Adiwana resort to everyone who wants calm and peace just minutes away from the crowded centre!
