She explained everything clearly, answered all our questions about the booking, helped us check in very fast. Her friendly and professional attitude really made a difference. Fully deserved 10! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable - in a separate, historic building. Right in the centre of Lugo, but still peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was delicious, served in an elegant restaurant. Nothing to add, really :) The hotel staff cares about all the little details that make the stay perfect! Last but not least - the price was quite average but the experience truly exceptional!

Great hotel if you are looking for a quiet, comfortable place near Bologna. Rooms were quiet, the breakfast great and plenty of on-site parking. Nearby pizzeria La Cicogna was a bonus.

Everything!! The hosts were incredible and it is located just a short drive out of town in the mountains with a wonderful view. The breakfast was awesome - all home made and served beautifully! Rooms were modern and really nice with great facilities.
