We were on honeymoon from Australia, Sofitel Europe surprised us with an upgrade to a suit, free parking and a beautifully decorated suit with rose petals from bath to bedroom.The staff are very polite, professional and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, healthy and top of range produce. Location is perfect for tourists.Love it all. We will definitely comeback and would highly recommend to all. I like how the hotel 🛏️🏨 is located. 32 minutes from the freshly built Tram 🚊🚃 terminus. So you only have two tram stops 🛑 from the central station 🚉. And the further access to other destinations

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is only 3 stops away on the tram from the train station. The trams and other public transports are free for everyone. There is a square in front of the hotel where you can find restaurants, convenience stores and the palace, cathedral and other attractions are a short walk away from the hotel. The room is spacious and my room facing the square, very nice view of all the old buildings from my windows. Breakfast was great with good selections of bread, ham and cheese. I needed to check out very early at 3.30 in the morning and the staff let me take bread and other breakfast items to have in my room. They also gave me the time to catch the bus to airport. Highly recommended

We loved all of our hosts, Lionel, Dimitri and Annabelle! The location was perfect for us in a quiet setting and you can easily walk to town if you don’t mind the incline. If you can get a reservation for dinner we would highly recommend- It was incredible and our favorite meal during our trip to Europe!
