The location was very good, everything that was needed in Macau was close. The hotel was clean and the staff was very professional and helpful.

We were upgraded to a suite, and it was absolutely amazing, I was travelling with my brother who is the GM of a five-star property in Thailand and has been in the Hotel industry for nearly 40 years and he was impressed saying it was definitely one of the best Hotels he has stayed in (and he has stayed in many all around the world).

The room at Star Tower was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were very kind, accommodating and informative.

The location was walking distance to great hikes. There are also many 'hidden' restaurants tucked away from the main road.

Everything, this is a fabulous hotel! Staff is outstanding, food is excellent. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. We were there for a week and would have enjoyed staying longer.

The location is in the centre of the city. The staffs also helpful. She helps us to call for a taxi and we can store our luggage after check out.

We got an upgrade to a beautiful suite. Great location with nice views.

The room is large and clean,very comfortable and quite.View outside is nice although there is on-going construction.Transportation is very convenient and the surrounding is not crowded.They also extended our stay until12nn instead of11am.

The staff was extremely helpful and happy to do so. They could also communicate in English efficiently. The facilities was large, clean and aesthetic. The pool had washrooms that includes saunas, hot tubs, showers, toilets and an area to get ready (which was stocked with utilities). The rooms was also extremely spacious with a city view. Overall, it’s worth staying at for the relaxing sensations and high end treatment.

At the heart of Macau….. easy to move around…. The room and toilet are very big

This hotel is one of the non-casino hotel, which means not so noisy or crowded. It is located sea-side area of the old town (not Cotai), close to the Sands hotel, the Fisherman' wharf, and Hk ferry terminal. The bed was super-comfy, the bathroom was beautiful with a tub and the l'Occitane products.

That’s the best accommodation you could find in Macau. The reception team was friendly, the rooms are perfectly equipped and comfortable.

Everything was perfect, the room view, Paying attention to the smallest details , the location is perfect if you are looking for the privacy and Explorer the Old city, we really enjoy our stay me and my wife, Mandarin will always be my first choice

Spacious and modern. I love the big bathtub which is the best relaxing facility for me. and the view of Hengqin and sea river seems fantastic.
