The hostess was so kind and helpful! If we ever get the chance to come back, we’ll definitely stay here again! There’s a store just a couple of minutes away, and the bus stop is a short walk away. The balcony offers a fantastic view of the Tuscan countryside!

Staff attention, breakfast menu.

We had a lovely stay at the Waterfront Hotel. The hotel was nice, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel kindly arranged a complimentary anniversary room decoration, which we really appreciated. The indoor pool was amazing and perfect for relaxing. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Location is sooo convenient. Walking distance to major attractions as well as restaurants and main shopping streets.. Hotel staff esp Robert was awesome and helpful...always smile regardless of how busy he was!! Staff like him always makes guests like myself .feel sooo at home and at ease knowing the best has been given.

Beautiful room and such a good location. The building was a beautiful sandstone and the apartment inside was beautifully done up. The staff were lovely and all the room facilities were immaculate.

I can add a little about its location, facilities, cleanliness, convenience, and so on, as other reviewers have already commented enough. Trust us. Everything is perfect. If you are considering which city you are staying, choose Valletta. It is filled with historical icons and has an otherwise unattainable atmosphere. Staying inside Valletta and going everywhere easily is a privilege. In particular, staying at beautifully-arranged Sally Port Suites like a local is like no other. We loved the terrace on the 4th floor where we dined several times. The people who manage this hotel are lovely. Alfredo sent me attentive messages with WhatsApp throughout my stay. It seemed to come from his compassion for making his guests in an unfamiliar place feel comfortable, not from a business mind. When I experienced trouble with a white taxi and shared my sadness with him while messaging him about another matter, he replied almost immediately with warm and comforting words as if he were a real friend talking to me, genuinely heartfelt. I could have hated Malta because of this taxi, but on the contrary, his kindness turned it around. A tip for Sally Port Suites guests: never take a white taxi that says TAXI in black letters. On my return from Mdina, I used that type of cab because it had a sticker with a credit card symbol on the window. But when I arrived, the driver said that the machine was broken and he only accepted cash. When I said I didn't have enough cash, he took me to an ATM for withdrawal. I had no choice, which made me feel terrible and humilitated. I also heard that other tourists were forced to pay more than the negotiated price. Use Uber or Bolt. Room service twice was included free of charge during my 5-night stay, and he also helped me with suitcase storage after check-out. Both were really appreciated. Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved everything about our experience and would definitely love to come back. ❤️

Everything was perfect. The communication, advices, cleaning, indications... The hotel is very well located near everything !

The location is perfect:almost in front of the pier for Valletta departure ships. What is more, a lot of cafes and restaurants around. Plus to get to the marina promenade just cross the road is required. The main bus stops are in five minutes distance. Besides, the personnel is very helpful.

The location is ideal for anyone who wants to explore Valletta: sights are within walking distance and the hotel is cosy and quiet. When winter is over, the roof terrace offers a breath-taking view and even when it is closed for the winter, some of the rooms overlook the harbour and the hotel itself is just near the sea. The staff is friendly and answer e-mails really promptly. The room was spotlessly clean.

We had a great experience at this hotel.Nice and comfortable rooms,a hotel with nice aesthetics and a good price,the breakfast was rich and tasteful with also some really nice local stuff like maltese cheese and the staff was also really helpful and polite.The location was also really central. The place was immaculately clean with staff that always had a pleasant smile. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room and balcony were perfect, very spacious with lots of amenities. The breakfast was good with lots of choice and variety.

I loved the location in the historic district close to many museums and churches. Maria and the rest of the staff were very accomodating and helpful. Beautiful building and roof terrace.

The Coleridge was in an ideal location, close to everything and yet quiet. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us, Maya, Fedora and Norissa were lovely and couldn't be more helpful if they tried. They had a breakfast basket sent to our room when we needed to leave early one morning for a tour. They were able to arrange a private tour for us by taxi. They were helpful, friendly and courteous. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The included breakfast was ideal with local cheese, fresh fruits and much more.

Staff was very great... Very helpful.. warm.. compassionate... we were worried about how we would manage with a toddler first time... but we had a plesant stay i would say..

The rooftop pool is very nice and the inside of the hotel also. Everything was clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staff was welcoming and helpful, offering all the informations we needed. Rich and varied breakfast.
