We had a fantastic stay at Raphael’s Residence in the beautiful Baka neighborhood of Jerusalem. The area is charming, quiet, and full of character—with lovely cafés, shops, and tree-lined streets just a short walk away. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend !

The personell is exceptionally friendly and professional. The garden of the house is very very beautiful. The rooms are clean and well arranged. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are large and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the view and the area very much, very close to a few dining options, and close to public transportation. The breakfast was extraordinary ( we enjoyed it so much that we overate and then skipped lunch). The staff was always very nice and eager to please. We will definitely try and stay in this hotel again.

An amazing location, it's on the mount olive, with the great view of Jerusalem

The property felt like a home away from home, where we could relax, cook our own meals if we felt like it or eat at at the many restaurants right near us. As we had a long stay the washing machine and dryer and clothes rack were a blessing. The location was the best! We could easily walk to the old city or catch the metro on Jaffa rd to Mahane Yehuda market, the Central Station and other parts of Jerusalem. We’re coming back next year and we will be staying there again for sure.

this hotel is exactly what I was looking for it is in the right area and gives me everything I need it is of course not a luxury hotel it is simple but it fits with the price and with the service

The food for dinner and breakfast was very good

We were upgraded and got a very nice room with the old city view. Also got a free bottle of good wine to celebrate our stay in this beautiful room.

The New Imperial is a charming, genuinely old, family-run (multi-generational) hotel. its location is unparalleled as it is inside Jaffa Gate and opposite to the Tower of David. Its rooftop gives an excellent view of the surrounding area. The staff were all charming and very attentive (and got up early to prepare an early breakfast for us).

Excellent location to the Old City & superb facilities. Meals delicious & varied, staff friendly & so helpful, a special word of thanks to Abeer for being so kind & helpful. I travelled alone for a week to spend time at the Holy places. There is a beautiful Chapel in Notre Dame which has daily Eucharistic Adoration & Evening Mass. I felt safe all my time in Jerusalem, it was lovely meeting the local people. I would highly recommend people to come and Notre Dame of Jerusalem is perfect for anyone visiting/Pilgrimage. Don’t miss the spectacular unobstructed view’s of Jerusalem from the rooftop! Many thanks to all at Notre Dame. Geraldine x

Most everything was very enjoyable. The location is great, rooms are very comfortable, Shabbat elevator, staff are very friendly and helpful. Food plentiful if you are having your meals there.

It is very nice place to stay for couple of days in Jerusalem. The owners are really great people, very heplful with everything, staff is also very smart. Hotel is situated in a perfect place, you can walk to Old City or use tram. Breakfast was AMAZING, very many options to choose from, and very tasty food. Our room was clean, quiet with good aircondition. But what is the best - is the atmosphere of the hotel, you feel very good and at ease. You can leave your luggage at the reception if necessary.

Family run, Beautiful hotel with lots of character in East Jerusalem. Room was exceptionally clean. Staff were very accommodating and lovely. Nice breakfast. 5-7mins walk to old city.

The Terrace I selected was way bigger than I thought. The food was incredible.
