Large hotel. We were given an upgrade due to motorbike accident and husband with crutches so he couldn’t walk far. Room comfortable with plenty of room. Bed delicious.

The room was clean. The reception was super friendly and helpful. And mostly and more important it was good location for first time traveller in Portugal, Torres Novas. There’s a restaurent on the main floor and many Terasses downstairs where you can eat or have a drinks ($). Plus the amazing view you have on the Castle! Wow

I highly recommend this hotel just for the simple fact that not only they take care of you going above and beyond by giving you breakfast outside the designed hours and knocking on your door with a welcome gift and giving directions to must visit points but also by their excellent customer service and home like atmosphere that makes you want to stay.
