Fantastic staff who go above and beyond. I got in from an event at 4 am and they gave me a free late check out which was greatly appreciated.

Very accommodating, staff helpful, they helped with early check in as my flight arrived very early morning. Very polite & respectful Breakfast was nice, 1 of the restaurant staff (Yemeni Mohamed) was very nice & caring, always wanted to help & make sure everything was in the right place, did his best to make sure the experience was perfect.

Ovi is a wonderful person, his personal attention and service is superb and made breakfast the best part of the day. He is an excellent ambassador for the hotel. The buffet was delicious and I really loved the nice soft background music, both pleasant and adding a touch of class. I chose the hotel for the proximity to the national museum but ended up loving everything about the hotel - the lobby is beautiful (and Umar from the lobby café very nice), and the fitness room great. Would love to come back!
