They accommodated my request to be on top floor. Room service was amazing. Food tasted great, and bought to us in a timely manner. Staff was great other then one bar tender but the others made up for it.

    The pool was lovely, and was open everyday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. We had a sit-down eating area in the lobby for our breakfasts, so I could talk with my daughter and with other guests, as we ate. The staff never denied our requests for clean towels and bath cloths, and for more toilet paper.

    The rooms are nice and as pictured. Good selection for breakfast and hot food on offer tasted good and was kept refreshed. Staff member on breakfast duty was very attentive. Room was clean apart from bin under sink was still full but this doesn't really bother me, mistakes happen. The hot tub area is lovely as is the outside pool. Good location, near plenty of shops. Plenty of parking. Quiet in the week.
