The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Every morning they made breakfast for the guests with hot coffee. The location was great and you could walk to downtown - which is helpful since the Uber rides are fairly pricey in the area. We rode the Snow Bus every day to the mountain, and there are two stops near the location.

This hotel was gorgeous! The location, the hotel itself, and our room, the facilities were all beautiful. Everyone at the hotel was also welcoming and nice, the front desk was helpful with suggestions and answered all our questions, and the restaurant staff were wonderful! We had breakfast at the hotel most days, which was a great way to start the day. The food was excellent, the views were always exceptional, and everyone there was so friendly. The valet staff were all also very nice and helpful, we only used the shuttle once or twice since we had a rental car - but it was a fantastic option for us in case we wanted to go out for dinner! The team always welcomed us back to the hotel and bid us a great day when leaving. We also had great housekeeping service and it was wonderful returning from long days to a clean room.
