Every member of the team — including housekeeping, reception, and concierge — provided excellent service throughout our stay. The Bell Captain, Mr. Shah Ashiq, and Driver, Eugene, even made special arrangements to accommodate us so that we could change clothes, which we greatly appreciated. The room was spacious and the furniture was practical and easy to use, making our stay very comfortable. It was also very good to see that everything, including the bathroom facilities, was kept very clean. Compared with international brand hotels, the pricing is also more favorable. When we next visit Riyadh, we will certainly book this hotel again.

They are just Amazing. We always had fun at Ritz Carlton Dubai but Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi has taken the trophy for their warm hospitality. We didn’t miss home during our stay. The atmosphere was great, food at the Lebanese restaurant was perfect,clean and welcoming environment . We will surely miss Ritz Carlton and we would choose these beautiful place anytime we think of Abu Dhabi. I want to use this opportunity to thank all the stuff for everything. Each one played a role in making my family happy.It wouldn’t have been fun without you guys. Thank you 🙏🏾🙏🏾😍

I stayed here for a day with family but planning to come back after a business trip and definitely staying here for longer. I would definitely recommend it to people who are looking for class and luxury.
