Every member of the team — including housekeeping, reception, and concierge — provided excellent service throughout our stay. The Bell Captain, Mr. Shah Ashiq, and Driver, Eugene, even made special arrangements to accommodate us so that we could change clothes, which we greatly appreciated. The room was spacious and the furniture was practical and easy to use, making our stay very comfortable. It was also very good to see that everything, including the bathroom facilities, was kept very clean. Compared with international brand hotels, the pricing is also more favorable. When we next visit Riyadh, we will certainly book this hotel again.
