Every member of the team — including housekeeping, reception, and concierge — provided excellent service throughout our stay. The Bell Captain, Mr. Shah Ashiq, and Driver, Eugene, even made special arrangements to accommodate us so that we could change clothes, which we greatly appreciated. The room was spacious and the furniture was practical and easy to use, making our stay very comfortable. It was also very good to see that everything, including the bathroom facilities, was kept very clean. Compared with international brand hotels, the pricing is also more favorable. When we next visit Riyadh, we will certainly book this hotel again.

It was a dream stay, from the beautiful room, to the extremely perfect sheets and the amazing food and top notch service. We are already thinking of the next time we get to be at the St Regis Abu Dhabi. The staff was so helpful and friendly all the time, it felt like home! Special thanks to the concierge and our Butler Navoda for being so kind and on top of everything always. Still craving the fantastic food with the perfect quality all the time!! The eye for detail was unmatched, I was even left a bookmark in my night table because the staff realized I was reading a book without one. I will never forget my time here, and will for sure come back!

ルネッサンス建築に着想を得たGrand Canal, Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabiは、大運河を望むプライベートビーチがある美しい庭園に囲まれています。屋外プール、ジム、8軒のレストランを併設しています。... とてものんびりとした時間を過ごすことのできるホテルで最高の時間を過ごす事ができました！家族と一緒に行きましたが、チェックインの際に弟夫婦とお部屋が離れていたところ、気を利かせて部屋を隣に変更してくれました。又お部屋も綺麗でテラスからの眺めもよく、最高でした。ホテルの方のどの方の対応も最高に良かったのですが、特にSelviaという女性の方がとても親切で笑顔がキュートで素晴らしい対応をしてくださいました。さすがリッツカ-ルトンだ！と思いました。次にアブダビに行った際もこのホテルに泊まりたいと思いました！もちろんお勧めのホテルです！

I stayed here for a day with family but planning to come back after a business trip and definitely staying here for longer. I would definitely recommend it to people who are looking for class and luxury.

Arched doorways and marble hallways define the interior of this luxurious Riyadh hotel, next to King Abdulaziz Convention Centre. The personal butler service was the best! Kelvin and Jaybe were the best butler even and many thanks Jessa and Gwen for their incredible hospitality.
