Every member of the team — including housekeeping, reception, and concierge — provided excellent service throughout our stay. The Bell Captain, Mr. Shah Ashiq, and Driver, Eugene, even made special arrangements to accommodate us so that we could change clothes, which we greatly appreciated. The room was spacious and the furniture was practical and easy to use, making our stay very comfortable. It was also very good to see that everything, including the bathroom facilities, was kept very clean. Compared with international brand hotels, the pricing is also more favorable. When we next visit Riyadh, we will certainly book this hotel again.

The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the start. The spa area was well-maintained and very relaxing. The location is perfect, the swimming pool is fantastic, and the WiFi connection is stable. The apartments were cozy, clean, and comfortable. I can’t wait to come back. I highly recommend it.

Narcissus Riyadh Hotel & Spa is located on Tahlia street cross Olya street which is the heart of Riyadh’s business and financial centre. It features free Wi-Fi, 3 restaurants and meeting facilities. It was friendly exceptionally comfortable and had excellent facilities. The restaurant was amazing and the food was delicious. The service was impeccable.

Our room was very spacious with enough room for our whole family, the shower and toilet were also very spacious. The mattress was really comfortable and soft, felt like it was hugging me :-) Breakfast was exquisite. If you are staying there on a Sunday make sure not to make any plans out of the hotel on that day because the breakfast stays until 3 pm. Amazing you can just stay at the dining room from morning until 3 pm and it's all included in the. breakfast charge.

I stayed here for a day with family but planning to come back after a business trip and definitely staying here for longer. I would definitely recommend it to people who are looking for class and luxury.
