The room is lovely. Facilities were in good working order. Staff was very helpful and kind. I requested an iron and Hanna brought it all the way to my room, thank you so much! The lady in the reception during daytime always greeted me with a smile on her face, thank you for making my stay very comfortable!

El Rogner Bad Blumau está situado en el corazón de la región termal de Styria. We spent a marvelous holiday at Rogner Bad Blumau. I asked for an extra bed for my 4 years old son. Not only I was not charged for it, we also had a room much bigger than expected (and that we used to have in our previous stay). With two kids in the room that was amazing! Kids had place to move around even when we were in the room. The staff was always nice and accomodating. This is very mucg appreciated always, but with a 1-year-old that is in the phase of throwing food on the floor, it is appreciated even more! The spa is nice. There are a lot of different options. The food is excellent. The staff is great! There are big bowls with apples at the receptions, and the guests can take an apple from there. I found this small detail very generous and touching. Thanks a lot for our amazing stay. Everyone from our family was happy: kids, us, grandfathers and grandmothers.

El Rittis Alpin Chalets Dachstein está situado en Ramsau am Dachstein, en la región de Estiria, a 2,3 km de Klanglift, y cuenta con punto de venta de forfaits y guardaesquíes. The Staff are really helpful, rooms are very spacious, clean and nice. Breakfast was very good. We visited in August 23 and the scenery driving to the chalets and surroundings were simply amazing. Plenty of space to park and also a garage is available which is very useful for winter. Simply Outstanding and better in real life than in the pictures :).
