The guy at the reception was exceptional friendly and supportive. In the price included was a 2-day ticket for local public transportation (wow!). I also enjoyed a very delicious dinner and fabulous breakfast (also included). No doubt I will stay there again when being in St. Johann (which developed meanwhile into a much nicer destination than Kitzbühel).
