Gorgeously updated/decorated - lobby is huge - rooms are huge - amazing views & facility! Staff is so friendly and helpful - especially the breakfast buffet staff…they were eager to get us coffee and keep up with/our finished plates. Food was great and huge assortment! The area around Albena is super safe and family friendly - lots of families with young children and retirees. We loved everything about our stay!!! 10/10!!!

The best food we ever had at a Bulgarian hotel! Supreme quality which compensates the limited choice. The staff deserve a medal- polite, professional and friendly without false pretense! Short walk to the beach. High standard of cleanliness.

El "Victoria" Family Hotel es el primer hotel familiar de Balchik, Bulgaria, y recibe a sus huéspedes desde 1998. Clean location, friendly hosts, quiet&relaxing place, overall 10/10. Would recommend.

El Therma ECO se encuentra en Kranevo, a 8 km de Golden Sands, y ofrece wifi gratis, pileta cubierta abierta todo el año y pileta exterior de temporada. We (meaning together with the friends we have joined for this time) have been upgraded to a villa. It was great.

We got a sea view room, even though we only paid for a golf view room Free parking Food much better than in previous years (this was our third stay at this hotel) Excellent indoor pool and spa area (although after renovation, the maximum depth of the pool is only 1.25 m)
