Staff is so friendly and helpful - especially the breakfast buffet staff…they were eager to get us coffee and keep up with/our finished plates. Food was great and huge assortment! The area around Albena is super safe and family friendly - lots of families with young children and retirees. We loved everything about our stay!!! 10/10!!!

The hotel has a children's playground and spa centre, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. We (meaning together with the friends we have joined for this time) have been upgraded to a villa. It was great.

We got a sea view room, even though we only paid for a golf view room Free parking Food much better than in previous years (this was our third stay at this hotel) Excellent indoor pool and spa area (although after renovation, the maximum depth of the pool is only 1.25 m)
