Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. A spectacular location and we were able to ski directly to the door of the boot room. Huge choice at breakfast and laid out really nicely on the buffet, with the choice of breakfast served to you at the table. Rooms are lovely and spacious and the bathrooms were roomy too, with a separate shower and jacuzzi bath.

Situated in Bansko in the Blagoevgrad Region, 400 metres from Gondola Lift, Hotel Amira boasts a spa centre and ski storage space. Way too much but will mention my favourite one - the way staff is there to fulfil any wish you might have in such a friendly and professional way, truly astonishing service.

Providing garden views, Guest House Ela is located in Bansko and features a wellness area with a sauna and a hot tub. Everything about our stay was exceptional. The place was perfect for my friend and me. The hot tub and sauna are great after a day on the mountain. The owner was very helpful with everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Guest House Chicho Tsane is situated in Bansko, 500 metres from the old town and main shopping street, and offers free sauna, hot tub and steam bath. I stayed at Chicho Tsane twice, with a group of tourists, and we had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent—not right in the crowded tourist center, which made it even better while still providing easy access to the slopes. The breakfast was varied, and the staff was friendly, which added to our overall experience. The sauna and the jacuzzi was included to our stay, after full days of ski, was great. A very good choice for a ski vacation in Bansko, especially for groups!

Situated 600 metres from Holy Trinity Church, Family Hotel Nadejda offers 3-star accommodation in Bansko and has a terrace. Clean, warm and tidy family hotel, friendly and helpful hosts, really good breakfast, wonderful view over the whole mountain, parking inside, very close to the center. It felt like home.

Hotel Ida is located 500 metres from Bansko cable car and a 10-minute walk from the centre of Bansko. A hot tub and a seasonal indoor pool are at guests’ disposal. Very good location near the main street and very near the gondola. Danny the host was excellent, always willing to help and very friendly! Breakfast was very descent to start the day and hotel was clean. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend!
