It has really excellent service, beautiful and quiet location in the forest, close to the Rila 7 lakes lift. Situated in Sapareva Banya, next to an aqua park and 100 metres away from the geothermal springs, Kot Garden Guest House boasts a barbecue and sun terrace. Free private parking is available on site. Really nice room, comfortable bed, with Christmas lights adding a bit more cosiness to the good terrace. As a house guest, they also give you a voucher for a discount for Kotvata, which is right next to it. We were there in December, but I imagine the garden will be super nice in spring and summer.
