From the moment we arrived at this spa hotel, we knew we were in for something special. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional, always ready to help with a smile and making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable, offering the perfect atmosphere to unwind. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the attention to detail in the room décor made it feel luxurious and serene. The food was exceptional – fresh, flavorful, and prepared with real passion. Dinner was a culinary highlight each evening, and the breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of high-quality options, from fresh fruits to warm dishes and pastries. There was something for every taste, and everything was delicious. The spa and pool areas were absolutely divine. Crystal-clear pools, relaxing loungers, and a soothing atmosphere made it easy to disconnect from the outside world. Whether swimming, relaxing in the spa, or enjoying the wellness treatments, we left feeling refreshed and deeply relaxed.

The staff was very polite. The spa was very pleasant. The food was delicious, there were many options. The tomatoes were extremely delicious. The room was comfortable and large. The view from the room to the mountains and hills was nice.

This 4-star hotel is situated on a lush, green slope among Velingrad’s surrounding hills. It features a luxury spa with hydrotherapy and ayurvedic treatments and a Finnish sauna. Everything was perfect. Friendly staff, nice hotel/ spa/ facilities/ town, good food.

Exceptional staff and service, brilliant facilities, very clean and professional. Dinner quality is more than exceptional regarding the perfect service and ultra rare tastes. Can not be compared easily with other SPA hotels really.
