Beachfront accommodation with a tropical setting is on offer at the Ilha da Saudade. The hotel features an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi. Everything was perfect, especially the service provided by Ivan, Fernanda and Paulinho from reception as they were very friendly, professional, polite and helpful at all time we needed. Also would like to mention the lady who was on shift at breakfast room during our stay, she was friendly and provided an excellent service as well. Very happy with our stay. I will highly recommend the hotel.

Offering a year-round outdoor pool and views of the sea, Pousada Bahia Tambor is situated in Morro de São Paulo, a few steps from Second Beach. Rooms have a flat-screen TV. This was my third visit to the island and by far the best experience. Located right in the middle of Segunda Praia, we enjoyed the two swimming pools on the rooftop with a great bar. The bartenders Everton and Edilson mixed some of the best cocktails we encountered. We were grateful for some of the information about the island they gave us. We also liked the friendly staff at breakfast, and the different items offered every morning. We wished to have such great water pressure in our shower at home!

The apartment that we got was completely new. The kitchen was in a very good condition, toilet and shower looks very clean and new, and we loved everything about this place. The stuff was very nice also, very polite and helpful. Great value for price.

Throughout the whole process José and Tanya were friendly and helpful. They helped arrange transport to the island and Alvino to help with our luggage to the accommodation even accommodating our ever changing plans. When we arrived we were greeted by a cool glass of water and then a caipirinha! The hotel is up a lot of stairs and you need to have some level of fitness. However, it was absolutely worth it. The views of the island were stunning. I absolutely loved being 10 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the centre but still having my oasis of calm. The rooms were clean and comfortable and each had a hammock to enjoy. The whole place felt super safe. Breakfast each morning was shared with local wildlife - we watched the hummingbirds and marmosets. Each morning there was fresh fruit, a juice, and coffee and eggs. Then a sweet and savory delights that changed each day. They staff were always friendly and helped cater to dietary requirements. Whilst there José helped arrange a boat tour and a place to watch the sunset. They advised on places to walk and places to eat. I can not express enough how happy this place made me feel. For me it felt like paradise.

Staff was very nice. Daily breakfast and room cleaning. Comfortable bed. A/C. WiFi. Pool. Hot water. Quiet. Close to beach 2. Definitely pay one of the guys to carry your luggage in a wheelbarrow from the boat!!! Best money spent here! “Funny” restaurant on the beach and “I am orro” in the town are excellent food options. Very safe. Enjoy the beach!!

Pousada Bahia Bacana is located at Primeira Praia Beach and features an infinity edge outdoor pool. A buffet breakfast is included and free WiFi access is available. The staff was very kind and gentle, the room was very clean and the whole building smelled very good. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in front of the beach and close to everything. The breakfast was complete and delicious. The view from the terrace is amazing! Wonderful to see the sunrise and moonrise from there!

With a modern concept and design, featuring the most complete and sophisticated structure in Morro de São Paulo. The staff was great, friendly, and helpful! Breakfast was great! There were many options, and fresh fruits, juices, pao de queijo, and homemade cakes were delicious daily! The pool was the prettiest and with the loveliest view! The room was comfy, and the AC was perfect! The hotel and room were clean! The location is at beach one which is closer to all shops and restaurants and not as much people at the beach since it’s smaller. We loved it!

Apart Hotel Areia Branca ligger i Morro de São Paulos centrum, 100 meter fra Porto de Cima-stranden. Der tilbydes fuldt møblerede hytter med aircondition samt swimmingpool. Despite many people talking about the location, I consider the hotel to be very well situated, very close to the city center and relatively accessible from the pier. The hill itself is difficult to access and is not recommended for people with mobility difficulties. We went with my 90-year-old grandmother, and this turned out to be a good option. The hotel also has many stairs, so if you have someone older or with mobility issues, it's advisable to request in advance to stay in the chalets closest to the reception. The staff was always very friendly and attentive. We had a 3-night stay, and each day when we returned to the room, it had been cleaned, beds made, and towels replaced. I'm not sure if the pool is heated, but the water was always warm, perfect for those sensitive to the cold ;)
