The greeting we received upon arriving by car at the Fairmont Hotel was exceptionally warm, setting a positive tone for our entire stay. This warmth extended to the valet parking, where a courteous staff member assisted with our luggage and parked our car. Alex, the receptionist, was among the most welcoming individuals we've encountered at a hotel check-in. Our room had a great view of Lake Louise and was clean. The hotel's location was ideal. Overall, this ranks as one of our top hotel experiences. So impressed were we that we chose to book a stay at the Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria for the subsequent weekend, a decision we had previously left open.

Offering free recreational amenities and an on-site restaurant, Jasper East Cabins is only 14 minutes’ walk from Athabasca River and overlooks the mountains. A kitchenette and free WiFi are available.... Lovely private, quiet and cosy cabins. Great patio for relaxing after a long day, comfortable bed. The electric fire was good and perfect size kitchenette. Great base for our exploring. We also loved the short walk to the next door brewery for dinner.

This would be the go to accommodation when in the area again!! The chalet was perfect, and the owner and staff were phenomenal. Even had deer greet us on the lawn when we woke up. Both my husband and I feel we made the best choice for the area. Enjoyed the short drive to Waterton.

Located in Banff National Park and surrounded by the Rocky Mountains, this inn is 5 minutes' walk from Banff city centre. The inn offers rooms with en suite bathrooms. Check-in was easy with friendly Hannah there to explain everything. I appreciated the organic pour over coffee and fresh cream in the morning and the comfortable sitting/dining area. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and welcoming, bathroom was well appointed - everything was very clean. Location was excellent - walking distance to downtown and in a very nice neighborhood. Appreciated the free parking behind the building. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

This resort, built in 1888, is styled after a Scottish Baronial castle and is a National Historic Site. Located in Banff National Park, it offers 11 restaurants and 14 shops. Lovely building. The spa was great. Great food. Staff were friendly and helpful.
