The location of the hotel was very convenient and our room was very quiet because it was facing the town not the trans Canada highway. I really enjoyed having the opportunity to relax in to the hot tub and steam room. The meal at the restaurant was delicious. Finally, I'd like to thank and praise the lovely receptionist who welcomed us. She was so sweet and so helpful at sorting out a few issues we had. I didn't ask for her name but I am sure that she will recognise herself. I totally recommend the Silver Creek Lodge!

The location was amazing! Completely walkable. We were here to celebrate my 40th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that it was a memorable one. We received an upgrade and had a lovely surprise of wine and chocolates in our room. They even had wine and cheese hour in the hotel lobby! I can’t understand how this hotel is not rated 10 stars?! Don’t hesitate, book now!

Great location with mountain views, very good breakfast and dining options on site and loved the pool and spa. We got an early checkin and upgrade to a slightly bigger room which was appreciated. Also got lovely chocolates and trail mix and card to note our anniversary. Very nice. Only reason for scoring 9/10 instead of 10/10 is bathroom.

When I booked I told them it was our wedding anniversary during our stay. When we arrived they had left a message with a lovely bottle of wine!

We had amazing views over the mountains and a lovely room. The manager upgraded us to a suite for our anniversary which really made our stay.
