The staff are lovely and kind. Extra props to the kitchen staff for the beautiful breakfast box they made for us on our last day. If i ever find myself in Quebec again i hope to stay at this beautiful place again.

I loved everything about my stay, especially the bed, which was incredibly comfortable. The room felt warm and cozy, with tall ceilings and a charming brick interior. The bathroom was nice and spacious, and having L'Occitane en Provence toiletries was a lovely treat. The food and service at the hotel restaurant were exquisite! The location was ideal, as it was right across the street from the Museum of Civilization and the harbor, and just a few minutes away from the center of the old town.
