CyprusWe had a wonderful stay during the Christmas period. The hotel was very cozy and beautifully decorated with a lovely Christmas spirit that made the atmosphere warm and festive. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained, and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, which really enhanced the experience. It’s a peaceful and charming place, perfect for a relaxing winter getaway. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay here. The lovely staff there gave us a free upgrade to a lake view room due to a mix-up. Stunning views from the room and balcony. A short walk to the lake, which is helpful since we went for a light swim to cool off.

Lovely historic hotel … a little dated/quirky but the history is terrific and we had a lovely dinner. The front courtyard/grassy area was great to relax in after our hike up!

Now here is a gem - more a traditional chalet a mile out of town in the country - very pleasant and relaxing wonderful mountain views all round.... basic rooms were lovely cabins with own entry and patio and park

Breakfast was very basic but that’s seems to be a common theme in Switzerland. We were upgraded to a corner room, where we had amazing beautiful views. It was a lovely little hotel and will definitely be coming back again.

The staff here were very lovely, they remembered it was our honeymoon and even decorated room with some fake flowers.
The room came with free pass to gym and indoor swimming pool and could upgrade to use hot tub/spa there for extra 6 francs- sitting in outdoor spa watching the mountains was one of our favourite things we did!
Restaurant has beautiful view of mountains and the aperol spritz cheesecake was amazing!

Well located to various activities in Kandersteg. Awesome jacuzzi bath that can be done outdoors in the privacy of your room. Spacious rooms. SPA facilities available at additional charge too. Dinner at the hotel was lovely. Free Parking available.

this lovely hotel is located right above the train terminal, making it easy to get to. It has a good breakfast and balconies to sit on to look at all the beautiful mountains. There is a sauna and jacuzzi to use after a long day of hiking.

This hotel is in a stunning location with views down the Lauterbrunnen valley. We stayed in a room with a balcony and valley views, which was amazing to wake up to and relax on in the evening. The hotel is also conveniently situated near the train station via a short walk.
All the staff are lovely. I'd read several reviews before arriving which said the manager, Adam, was fantastic. I would definitely agree. He was very welcoming and friendly, and was really helpful with advice and tips for our daytrips.

It's our honeymoon celebrations they make fantastic memories for us thank you for the room decorations thank you for Mr. Dragan vasilis for concierge he help us a lot for choosing the places to go and thank you also for Mr. Antonio azevedo for helping us a lot

The pick up and drop off from the train station on arrival and departure were most welcome. As was the welcome drink.
Study was a great place to relax with a beer, from the honesty bar, and the selection of books.
Breakfast was great with fresh produce and a good selection.
Room had a lovely view.
Bed very comfortable.
