The property was lovely and clean! The staff were very kind and the breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety! The bed was super comfortable which was a massive plus especially after the amount of walking we did! The view from our balcony was breathtaking! We were given the travel card so we could travel to and from Interlaken and Ringgenberg free of charge which was a massive bonus!

The personnel is very welcoming and hospitable, thank you for your warmth. Even though the number was a bit outdated, it’s very comfortable, especially in details such as convenient shower rail (often there’s only an upper douche which is inconvenient for many use cases); proper socket placement; etc. The number is soooo warm, which is important in the mountains. Convenient location. A chance to wake up with the Jungfrau view is priceless.

Cosy and relaxed Eiger Guesthouse is located opposite the BLM train station in Mürren, with a splendid view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau Mountains.

The Eiger Guesthouse blew us away. This was our first time in Switzerland and it could not have been any better. The room was incredible, the view was breathtaking and the entire staff couldn’t have taken better care of us. We are planning to return during ski season and will definitely be staying there again.

What I liked most was the night receptionist! Such a wonderful gentleman with lots of humour. He was very kind and helpful too! The hotel exceeded my expectations except for the lack of cooked eggs. Only boiled eggs were available. Other than that, everything was super clean, rooms were spacious and up to standards. Cleanliness in all the hotel. The location which is very peaceful surrounding may trees and parks and only a 10 minute tram journey to the centre. Stop in the road behind the hotel. Parking was included too which was a great bonus. This hotel is highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
