Loved the bathtub with a beautiful view. Delicious meals as well and enjoyed watching Eurocopa with the Swiss. Pool nice and warm as well. Also enjoyed the sax and guitar music at the birthday celebration.

It features a terrace with panoramic views over the Swiss Alps and the bay of Lucerne. I went in Oct and trip advisor suggested I was taking a risk as weather could be bad. I wanted to experience being above the clouds and or view of town from the mountain. I took the risk and it totally paid off. The view of mountain peaks sticking up in blanket of clouds was amazing. Although, you can do a day trip but you would miss the sunrise and sunset experience from the top. The dinner as well as the view from my room was amazing as well.

The bathrooms were clean and there were several available.

In the summer months guest enjoy free access to the heated outdoor pool of the neightbouring hotel Beau Rivage. I enjoyed a lot a view from my room’s balcony. Very comfortable bed, big room. Stuff was very helpful and absolutely friendly that gave us warm feeling. Definitely we want to come back.

The Culture and Convention Centre and the train station are only a 10-minute walk away. Service was excellent, Sebastian was a fabulous host and extremely helpful. The location was great, walking distance to Old Town and the main train station. The room was amazing, we loved our stay at this hotel. Breakfast was good.
