Κατάλυμα ευχάριστο, υψηλών παροχών, ευγενέστατο προσωπικό, θαυμάσιο πρωινό. Happy hour το απόγευμα με καφέ, τσάι και βουτήματα. Κατά την αναχώρησή μας μας έκαναν late check out χωρίς καμμία επιβάρυνση, πράγμα το οποίο μας διευκόλυνε αφάνταστα.

Αξιζει να κλεισεις εδω αν πραγματικα εχεις χρονο και διαθεση για να κανεις spa καθε μερα οσο εισαι στο Zermatt. Αλλιως δεν εχεις λογο να πληρωσεις αυτη την τιμη μονο για ενα βασικο δωματιο. Το πρωινο με καλυψε, δεν εχω καποιο μεγαλο παραπονο, ισως να περιμενα περισσοτερο τυρι να εχει μιας και ειμαι Ελβετια.
