The Hotel Schweizerhof Bern & Spa is a historic five-star hotel located in the heart of Bern, Switzerland. The hotel is centrally located and very close to the main train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful with luxurious bathroom and toiletries. The included breakfast was amazing! I wish I could have stayed longer!

Hotel & Bistro Pêle-Mêle enjoys a central location in Bern, a 5-minute walk from the Old Town and 200 metres from the well-known Bear Pit. In the heart of the city. Vintage, clean hotel, with a healthy, French style breakfast, super coffe and fantastyc staff. There is a huge car parking area in the front of the Hotel, if you travel by car. Hope we will be back.

The staff is very friendy and helpful. They are very pet friendly. Hotel is beautiful and location is perfect. Will definitely book this hotel again.

Set in the very heart of the scenic village of Balsthal, Hotel Balsthal is conveniently located 3 km from the A1 motorway. Great hotel, beautiful interior, polite and friendly staff. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, spacious rooms, private free parking, good internet and great croissants for breakfast!

The Holiday Inn Bern-Westside is located in the new district of Bern-Brünnen, just an 8-minute train ride from the Bern Main Station. All rooms are air-conditioned and offer free WiFi. Good rooms, great breakfast, good service.

Great location right in the old town. Short walk to train station. Comfortable warm room. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Have stayed here on a number of occasions. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel Sternen Muri is located in the suburb of Muri, 6 km from the centre of Bern. The restaurant has a terrace and serves Swiss and international cuisine and fine wines. Clean, quiet, onsite restaurant with tasty food (and amazing gelato!). Varied and filling breakfast. Fantastic, friendly staff. You also get a free travel card which takes you into Bern centre, which is 16 minutes on the bus. We stayed in the new block which has great air conditioning. Also, they have a variety of pillows for you to choose from, which was a nice touch. Overall an extremely relaxing hotel which made our holiday perfect. Very sad to leave, but can’t wait to return next year!
