All perfect except the Wifi was intermittent .. the property is perfect except for this . ... and really they ought to fix it. If you can afford to stay here, you are going to be accustomed to solid wifi and expect it .

We enjoyed everything. Rooms were large and comfortable, hosts were wonderful, and views unbeatable. This is a true gem and a fantastic value for money.

El Hotel Cumbres del Sur se encuentra en el centro de Pucón, a solo 850 metros del lago de Villarrica y a 1 calle de la calle principal, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratuita. I stayed at this hotel for a week. Staff were amazing! They were efficient and really fast when I needed help. Shout out to the young man who was in charge of breakfast. He was so busy every morning, yet he was helpful and always with a smile. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fruits, different types of bread, and pastries. They also have toaster and a panino machine. The bedroom was cozy and impeccable. I loved that they gave us a room on the third floor and that the window was secured, so my little boy didn't have the chance to run away or get hurt. The swimming pool was just what we needed to end hot and long days. The 24-hour access tea and coffee station was a nice touch for the late coffee/tea drinkers. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Pucon
