Greeting guests with its beautiful lobby chimney, this hotel offers accommodations on the shores of Villarrica Lake. The location is fabulous, including a nice spa and lots of common areas, including a pool room and indoor (as well as outdoor) pool for rainy days. But most surprising for an hotel of this size is the quality of the food. After our first night, we did not bother to go out and drive after darkness and had our four dinners there, to our outmost pleasure (and many thanks to the Chef!). Also worth noting is the kindness and efficiency of the staff allover, with gold medal to the smiley and very efficient Josephine at the reception. We stayed 4 days and wish we would have stayed more, well informed for activities by the dedicated and enthusiast guides at the tourist desk in the lobby. Congratulations to all the team and beautiful Chili (offering fabulous sceneries) that deserves much more international tourists. Pucon is definitively the place to go for outdoor activities.

Spectacular views and an outdoor swimming pool can be enjoyed in Hotel & Aparthotel Monte Verde, just 5 km from Pucón. A sauna room is available and guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi. A beautiful place to stay in the Pucón area. A marvelous view of the lake. We could not have have had a better stay.

Centralt, nära till allt. Mysigt och trevligt. Fantastisk utsikt till vulkanen. Bekvämt med alla faciliteter som kan behövas. Personalen vänlig och behjälplig med allt. Jag fick en frukost låda som jag kunde ta med då jag skulle iväg tidigt på utflykt. Varmt bemötande. Kann starkt rekommendera, ska själv tillbaka dit nästa år.

Set in a picturesque wooden house with a garden overlooking the Villarica Lake, Hotel CasaEstablo by DOT Boutique features a swimming pool,and a hot tub. Pucon city centre is 6 km away. We enjoyed everything. Rooms were large and comfortable, hosts were wonderful, and views unbeatable. This is a true gem and a fantastic value for money.

We loved our stay so much, that i am pretty sure we will be back. Everything was incredible! And the view is simply unforgettable!

Situated only 850 metres from Villarrica lake and 1 block away from the main street, Hotel Cumbres del Sur offers accommodation with free WiFi access in Pucón's city centre. I stayed at this hotel for a week. Staff were amazing! They were efficient and really fast when I needed help. Shout out to the young man who was in charge of breakfast. He was so busy every morning, yet he was helpful and always with a smile. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fruits, different types of bread, and pastries. They also have toaster and a panino machine. The bedroom was cozy and impeccable. I loved that they gave us a room on the third floor and that the window was secured, so my little boy didn't have the chance to run away or get hurt. The swimming pool was just what we needed to end hot and long days. The 24-hour access tea and coffee station was a nice touch for the late coffee/tea drinkers. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Pucon

Loved this place - comfortable, reasonably priced, located in the center of Pucón within walking distance of everything. Some of the rooms, including the one we got upstairs, have a great (balcony) view of the volcano. Staff were super friendly and accommodating as well.
