Very good breakfast, lots of choices.. Great excursion facilities and services with the Massif desk. Amazing selection of food and drinks at resto bar. The tired legs massage at the spa was great after the base Torres hike. The spa, pool and sauna were really nice too and very good staff at the hotel and spa! Definitely felt pampered and well looked after, after a long day of excursions.

Arturo, the host, is incredibly kind and accommodating. Nice room with a view and comfy shared spaces. Great breakfast. Arturo set us up with e-bike rentals that allowed us to use the big bike path along the ocean.

Located in Punta Arenas, one of the most southernly points in Chile, Hotel Diego de Almagro offers accommodations on the coast of the Magellan Strait. Great price and location. The most family friendly place we stayed at during our Chile trip - right down to the heated pool - WITH KID TOYS (pool floaties, noodles!). Best continental breakfast. Great WIFI. Able to have an hour long phone call sorting out flight issues. Staff are fluent in English and very helpful. Very helpful to have restaurant on site with accommodating hours.

The view from the large windows of the room was exceptional. The staff were very helpful. We were happy with our choice because it is a lovely, tranquil property.
