I had an issue, but the manager promptly addressed it, demonstrating excellent leadership. The staff are incredibly professional, and as a Colombian-American, it makes me proud to see this level of quality, both in the hospitality and the structure itself, in the heart of my city. With an outdoor swimming pool, spa and gym facilities, Movich Hotel De Pereira is a luxury hotel boasting 3 restaurants. It offers rooms with free Wi-Fi a 5-minute walk from downtown Pereira. Everything went okay. The only thing I didn’t like the maid came for service of personal laundry when she saw I had lots of laundry she kind of changed the subject and just walk out. I felt that she didn’t want to do it.

Conveniently located in the centre of Pereira city, right in front of Bolivar Square, this hotel features a restaurant and a terrace. The whole staff were very attentive and helpful during our stay. This is my second time staying at Soratama Hotel and I will continue to stay there in my visits to Pereira

Hotel Recreacional Marcelandia Santa Rosa de Cabal is situated in Santa Rosa de Cabal, 13 km from Pereira. Manizales is 25 km from the property. Beautiful room with a very comfy bed and nice balcony view. Great that breakfast was included. Short trip to the hot springs.
