Everything was amazing, from the view to the comodities to the service. Staff was really helpful and friendly. Good attention to detail and aesthetic. Very spacious room. Made my first child here. Swing by the restaurant if you can, best spätzle made with local ingredients! Very good breakfast! Could not reccomend more!

Breakfast was delicious with wonderful selection of hot and cold to choose from. Conor and Linda are a breath of fresh air. So warm, friendly and knowledgeable. The only place I will stay on my future visits.

The Schwarzwaldgasthaus Salenhof is very quietly located in Schwärzenbach, the highest part of Titisee-Neustadt. It offers hearty Black Forest hospitality, far from any noise or traffic. We messed up on our reservation and the owner was SUPER accommodating - above and beyond. Our rooms were super comfortable and both had a balcony with a great view. Outside of town, so super quiet and you can hike the Black Forest directly from the hotel and still have a close drive to Feldberg, Titisee, Triberg, etc. Breakfast was a standard German buffet and everything was excellent. We were surprised to arrive at the hotel in the evening and see lots of local cars in the parking lot, but realized it was for the great dinner. Inexpensive and fantastic!
