Berghotel Mummelsee ligger i Seebach, 27 km från Kongresshaus Baden-Baden, och erbjuder 3-stjärnigt boende med en terrass, en restaurang och en bar. Room was very good and well furnished with double aspect view over lake and mountain and large balcony. Lift was useful for shifting the luggage. Staff were excellent. Restaurant was also excellent with a varied good quality menu. We will certainly return!

This fine 4-star design hotel is situated in the heart of the town of Villingen-Schwenningen, in the Black Forest. The Neckar cycle path runs beside the property, which offers bike storage facilities.... Modern property decorated beautifully. Rooms spacious and spotless. Breakfast was delicious with wonderful selection of hot and cold to choose from. Conor and Linda are a breath of fresh air. So warm, friendly and knowledgeable. The only place I will stay on my future visits.

If Switzerland ever decides to enter the Olympics for organization, this hotel should coach the team. Check-in was so smooth I briefly wondered if they’d mistaken me for someone important. The room was spotless in a way that made me feel guilty just thinking about unpacking.

We recently stayed at this charming hotel during a short trip from Barcelona to France/Germany to visit the Christmas Fair in the region, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and well designed. We brought our small dog with us, and we were delighted to find a separate little foyer where he could rest comfortably without invading the bedroom. It made our stay so much more pleasant. The bedroom itself was cozy and warm, with a beautiful view of the forest right in front of the hotel: absolutely peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was one of the biggest surprises. It was well curated, offering continental and non-continental options, all fresh and delicious. The owner, a lovely lady, personally came to each table to ask if we would like an egg prepared to our preference, which she cooked herself; my daughter loved it. The location couldn’t have been better. The hotel is right beside Gengenbach, a place we discovered entirely by accident, and it turned out to be magical. We were happy to walk into a beautiful Christmas fair with great food and fantastic local restaurants. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended!
