Set in an idyllic location directly on the shore of Lake Chiemsee, the 3-star superior Hotel Schlossblick offers panoramic views and hearty Bavarian food. The location and the view were amazing. This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. We booked the two bedroom suite. Upon walking in, we were impressed with how spacious it was - probably the largest hotel room we’ve been in in Europe. There was also an accident where I knocked over a vase at check-in. The staff were very understanding and happily cleaned up the mess I made. The hotel restaurant is amazing too. Breakfast was tasty and a treat to start the day. In the late afternoon, guests can sit down for complimentary hot tea and some desserts. That was a very much welcomed treat! Lastly, the location is great! We walked everywhere from there. Can’t believe there’s such a gem in Munich - highly recommended.

Set amid the wonderful Alpine landscapes of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, this traditional 4-star hotel offers elegant rooms and excellent spa facilities. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful.

Breakfast is included and it's absolutely delicious! The staff is incredibly friendly and treat you like family. Although we didn't utilize this service, they provide you with bus passes to get around town in - which is a nice perk! They have a handful of different types of saunas which were super relaxing to go around and rotate in. The pool is clean and great to cool off in after the saunas.
