This charming 3-star hotel is tranquilly situated in the heart of Detmold, and is a perfect base for exploring the beautiful scenery of the Teutoburg Forest. Great hospitality, the size of the room is perfect and the staff is really welcoming. Note that the breakfast is really well too and the staff at the kitchen was nice and took great care of everything. Free parking and really comfortable to go to the city center. I must note that the diversity of the employees was one of many reasons to visit this unique place!

This exclusive hotel, where modern design meets historic character, is directly opposite Bielefeld Train Station. The Bielefelder Hof offers regional and seasonal cuisine.. We stayed for two nights in this hotel, and it was just excellent! There is a garage under the hotel. The parking costs are 199 euro per night. The hotel is situated at the opposite of the train station. In the rooms you don’t hear the noise of the trains only when you open the window. Check in is from 15.00 but luckily, we could check in a bit earlier. The room is big, and the bed is great! There is a safe and a fridge. Everything is clean. You can use the shower standing in a bath. The power of the shower is terrific. Breakfast is served on weekdays from 6.30 till 10.30, Saturdays from 6.30 till 11.00 and Sundays from 7.00 till 12.00!! And this breakfast is just amazing!!!! I think the best one I ever had. And to be honest….I have visited quite some hotels. Distance to the city center is some minutes. Walking to the fort Sparrenburg is ca. 15 minutes. Bielefeld surprised us. Just a nice city with super friendly people!
