What a lovely experience this was - a comfortable, quiet, countryside location but close to Roskilde where we spent a lovely day. Being outside of the bustle of busy Copenhagen, it was perfect, yet only 40 minutes away. The apartment is spacious for two and the simple kitchen counter is perfectly equipped for a short stay. The ample breakfast prepared and left in the fridge the night before was delicious. And best of all, the hosts are very welcoming and friendly.

Overlooking Kalundborg Fjord and the Great Belt Strait, this hotel features a French-inspired restaurant and a private pebble beach. Its rooms include free WiFi. Clean, very nice rooms. The breakfast area and food was great, nice litte apres' bar/lounge, and main restruarant was superb. Lots of cozy areas to sit in very comfortable chairs around the property; inside and out, to relax and enjoy views of the water and landscape.

El Edelsminde Bed & Breakfast, situado en Haslev, en la isla Sjælland, a 40 km de Roskilde, ofrece terraza y vistas al jardín. Hay aparcamiento privado gratuito. We stayed at Edelsminde B&B for two nights. The room was nice and comfy and we loved the property - very cozy and great location for us. The common room we had access to with a small kitchen, coffee, snacks was also really convenient. The breakfast was great and the owners were really welcoming!

Piccobello Bed & Breakfast Valløby Køge está en Valløby, en la región de Selandia, a 47 km de Frederiksberg Have. The B&B is very clean. The one we lived in has everything we need as a family - bathroom, full kitchen and a washing machine outside that we can use. There is on site parking. We best love the garden which we played volleyball and badminton everyday. Would definitely recomend it for family who is driving.
