Ole is a Super friendly and welcoming host and we were lucky to book his BnB last minute. It is equipped with everything. From a garage for your car or bikes to a comfy bed and a packed fridge. We felt more like home far away from home and it was super cozy. Maybe that’s what the people in Denmark call hygge? If you have the chance to stay at Ole’s don’t think twice.

The garden is enormous and it has a trampoline, a small playhouse and they even let us play with some of their old toys. Nice breakfast with coffee, breads, cold cuts, eggs, juices, fresh fruit, some pastries and, again, details for children such as pancakes and hidden sweets. We stayed at the family room that has a queen bed and a double bed, with access to a small kitchen with fridge, kettle, microwave and sink, which was useful for preparing our picnics.

Situated in a central yet quiet area, this hotel is only a 10-minute walk from Esbjerg Train Station. It offers free WiFi and free private parking. The Esbjerg Ferry Terminal is a 15-minute walk away.... A really nice place to spend a night or two . Very reasonable price point . In town center along walking street . Good inside secure bicycle storage . Really pleasant and helpful lady at reception . Room #257 was large , very clean and bright . Very nice and clean bathroom . Bed very comfortable. Room to spread out and be comfortable . Free coffee , tea and water 24/7 in lobby . Comfortable lounge in lobby . Honor refrigerator with drinks in lobby . Close to several restaurants including a “Bones” restaurant.

Hotel Britannia is next to Heerups Garden in central Esbjerg, only 50 metres from Torvet Square. It offers free WiFi and rooms with a flat-screen TV. I really like the location of the hotel. It's in the heart of the city. The bed is sooooo comfortable and the room is so clean. Everything is spotless. They have a water boiler and coffee and tea in the room which make our evenings cosier. The breakfast is also good. My fave was the opportunity to make my own waffles 🥰 The staffs were also very friendly and helpful. The hotel's interior furnitures and decos made the hotel very homey 🥰

Το Boutique Hotel Postgården βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του Holsted, 30χλμ. από το Legoland Billund Resort. Προσφέρει δωρεάν Wi-Fi και χώρο στάθμευσης. Ορισμένα δωμάτια έχουν αίθριο ή μπαλκόνι. The room size is very big and has a tub in it . Gives a unique experience. Restaurants have good food . Breakfast was good . The location is perfect.

The host recommended two walks and we did both of them, only possibly by his recommendations as we are new to area and only staying 1 night.

Δίπλα στο κάστρο Schackenborg στο γραφικό χωριό Møgeltønder, αυτό το πανδοχείο χρονολογείται από το 1687. We loved the location and the gorgeous buildings in the old parts of Møgeltunder where the kro is located.. Great area for walks, especially when the weather is on your side. The Schackenborg castle is next door. Our room was located upstairs in a qute house next to the main building. The room was petite but still spacious, considering the time when the house was built. The bathroom was well equipped with toiletries, and it had a bathtub. The breakfast was extraordinary with a good spread from local producers as well as other Danish foods. Lovely porcelain and ambience. The staff was very hospitable and friendly. Especially the staff at the time for our arrival when the reception was closed. They had to leave their duties at the restaurant to give us the things missing in our room as it was only set up for one person. A minor error, but they really got out of their ways to set it straight. The garden was lovely as lovely as well.
