Ett perfekt hotell om man behöver stanna över natten i Guayaquil när UD har avrått från resor dit. Hotellet ligger i direkt anslutning till ett stort shoppingcentret med en stor foodcourt med både internationell och lokal mat. Hotellet har riklig frukostbuffé och pool. Transfer från terminalen till hotellet ingår i priset. Det blev problem med transfern för mig men det löstes och sedan var de på tårna för att jag skulle vara nöjd med allt på hotellet. Poolen var hyrd en dag och då ordnade de t ex en gratis taxi till ett grannhotell som hade terrass och jacuzzi.

Rooms are comfortable and clean, the hotel facilities are excelent. Took breakfast and lunch at the hotel, and both were very good. The hotel offers private meeting rooms, that can be reserved (one hour for free if you are staying at the hotel), which were very convenient during our business trip

My experience at the Hilton was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, greeting my family warmly and happily accommodating my ESA pet. A friendly tip: make sure to bring your documentation, as they do not charge for ESA pets with the proper paperwork. We were celebrating my mom's birthday, and the staff went above and beyond by helping us coordinate a surprise cake in our room, which made the occasion even more special. They also welcomed us with a complimentary drinks per person, which was such a thoughtful touch. The brunch offered a great variety of food choices, making it a delightful start to our morning. While we didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant this time, we’re definitely looking forward to exploring it on our next visit. The added presence of security at the entrance also gave us a sense of safety throughout our stay. The spa and gym facilities were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. I wholeheartedly recommend booking this Hilton for a longer stay or even a staycation.
