Quiet, pretty clean (surely above Egyptian standard), hosted by a nice family, with a terrace and a view of the Nile. What else would you need... I highly recommend to everyone to stay in the Elephantine island so you can experience peace and quiet, and life of the native Nubian people. Baba Dool is a great choice.
