The view is AMAZING, definitely recommend a pyramid view room. Staff were fantastic, nice and clean rooms, room service was prompt, food was tasty, I thought the buffet breakfast was quite expensive but there was a massive selection. The grounds are gorjus and kept in very good condition. Really spacious rooms as well.

An exceptional stay at Novotel El Borj El Zamalek! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional — a special thanks to Mhamed, Ramadhan, and the entire team without exception for their warm welcome and constant support. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, truly impressive. The pool area is also very pleasant and easy to access — perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was simply amazing: a wide variety of options for all tastes — sweet, savory, European, and Egyptian dishes. Even on our departure day, with a very early flight at 5:30 AM, they thoughtfully prepared a takeaway breakfast box for us — such a great touch! Another highlight was the check-in. Although it’s normally at 2 PM, we arrived at noon and were given our room immediately, which was much appreciated after traveling. The hotel really thinks of everything, down to the smallest details to meet guests’ needs — even a currency exchange machine available with very reasonable rates. Finally, the location is perfect: close to the museum, the Opera, the corniche, and many restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel! Anis et Asma
