We were on a family trip in Cairo, thanks to the Hilton Gran Nile we had an amazing experience. We had a late flight on the last day. And they give us complementary access to the lounges, including free foods and drinks.

Thr position of Mena House is why we chose it for our short stay at Giza. We wanted to see the new G.E.M. which is truly wonderful, and the hotel is only minutes away. The staff were exceptionable, and in general Egyptians are very hospitable. The hotel facilities were superb, except that one had to pay to use a special sitting room. Most hotels provide a sitting room as part of the deal for their guests.

Particularly liked the roof top alfresco dining watching the sun go down over the Nile and the lights of Cairo coming on along with those of the boats plying their trade on the river. Memorable.
