ロビーに入った瞬間からワイン樽の香りが充満していて、ワイナリーホテルらしさを感じました。木造の部屋は清潔で広く高級ジャグジーやスパの設備が付いていました。また部屋と同じくらいの広いバルコニーがあり（暴風と吹雪であまり利用できませんでしたが）季節が良ければ一面のブドウ畑が広がっていて最高でした。夕食は多すぎずワインと合うように構成され、たいへん美味しいものでした。スタッフは建物の奇抜さやモダンさに比較して素朴で飾らない家族的な雰囲気でとても癒されました。 付属のワイナリー見学も素晴らしい体験でした。
