Barceló Cáceres V Centenario features spacious rooms with light wooden floors and modern furnishings. They include air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The breakfast was amazing, the staff were very professional and helpful with the swimming pool was a most welcome addition. Great stay, thank you!

The hotel is decorated in a classical style, and boasts spacious bedrooms, with lovely interior decor. The Parador is exceptional !!! The bar in the bodega and the wellness center with sauna, jacuzzi was a great surprise. The staff at the reception were very kind.

The hotel has been renovated but has preserved impressive spaces such as the cloister. It is spacious accommodation that enjoys plenty of natural light and spectacular views of the mountains and town. Very close from all the sites. Very nice surroundings to walk around and take pictures. The staff especially Christina went out of her way to drive us to the bus terminal : something to remember

Our second stay here at this fabulous Castillo and it won’t be our last (hopefully!). A truly magnificent and atmospheric castle, loaded with history, but also modern day comforts like great heating, hot water and wifi. We splashed out on the Presidential Suite this time and it was definitely worth it. Great views out of the windows, very good shower and a comfortable bed. We were driving from Bilbao to Tarifa and it made the perfect half way stop over. No suppers provided but a grand old kitchen you are welcome to use to cook up your own food. Plus help yourself to breakfast in the morning. Easy, safe parking for our large van. We loved it - 10/10 Thank you

Breakfast was plentiful and fresh the lady even cooking us omelette one day then egg and bacon another .The whole hotel very clean very comfortable beds and fridge that actually got drinks very cold which is a first for us in over thirty years traveling Spain wonderful.plenty of lovely places to visit .Recommend this hotel very highly so much going back for another 5 days on return journey.

Dating from 1922, Hotel Rural Duende Del Chafaril is a beautiful hotel set in San Martin de Trevejo. It features a spa, sauna, seasonal outdoor pool, a restaurant and garden.

You can relax in the lounge area, where there is a fireplace. The terrace looks onto the surrounding countryside. Hotel is beautiful and a lovely location. Room was very basic, no phone to ring reception, no glasses for the number of people in the room, no teas or coffee offering in the room. The spa facilities are poor, the only good thing was the jacuzzi. Steam room was cold, tile were freezing so you could not seat there. Ice fountain did not have the usual ice, so they just put ice cube manually there per session. Overall I found this hotel expensive for what they offer
